Orecchiette with Chilli & Sprouting Broccoli
I love how many different types of pasta are available now but have yet to come across Orecchiette which Angela Hartnett uses in this recipe Orecchiette with Chilli & Sprouting Broccoli, interestingly its made without eggs and so is potentially vegan friendly. She also uses Ricotta Salata, an ewe's milk curd that is dried and can be grated, for this dish but I wonder if grated cashew nuts could be used instead for the same effect.
